NaNoWriMo Day 1 END
I ended up writing 6,300 words today! I'm so excited because my personal goal is to write 2500 words. Right now I have written 2.5 days worth of words. I wasn't pushing myself, just wanted more of the story... which is generally how it works for me. I just want more and therefore have to write more.
Now it's time to write some words on this Day 2 of writing... but first, COVER AND TITLE REVEAL FOR MY DECEMBER BOOK!!!!!

New RD job acquired, orientation begins August 5th! It will give me a great opportunity to get the LDN after required supervised practise hours, and then the CDCES credential! I'd love to be a certified diabetes educator because diabetes runs in my family. Despite my veggie-loving, exercise-loving habits, I became prediabetic last fall. I think I'm doing a lot better now, and would love to help other people conquer that crap ass disease. Plus, it offers the possibility of much higher pay, as insurance absolutely reimburses for diabetes and kidney disease. I wanna make it rain. 💰🤑💸 Negotiated for this job and got higher pay! Even my former professor was surprised, and said they didn't even make what I will be making when they started as a professor (which is goddamn shameful, imo. Educators are everything and should be paid as though they are).
